Introduction:

     This product is a dairy sanitary centrifugal pump. Compared with other pump types, it does no harm to the milk fat during transportation, which is applicable for the pumping of vacuum apparatus. It’s the most suitable for being mounted on the milking machine as a milk discharge pump. In addition, it can be widely applied for transporting various liquids like beverage, medicine and alcohol, thus being an indispensable transporting device in such industries as food, pharmacy and chemical engineering.

Structural features:

     This milk pump is made as per the original blueprint Britain's design of sanitary pump, which is characterized by fine workmanship, compactness. Small bulk, low noise, light weight, big displacement, high efficiency and user-friendliness in assembly and disassembly; the whole pump is only locked by two screws on the press plate and all parts inside the pump can be visible just unscrew them.

     All parts of the pump adopt 304L stainless steel (except motor) and metal mechanical seal. It’s provided with YS 8022 motor conforms to requirements of food sanitation standards.The impeller adopts a windmill structure, which is compact, high-precision and few-clearance and also treats materials gently to ensure the original flavor.
